PROGRAMS

CYBERSECURITY WORK TRAINING– PRO’s training program and services are provided at no cost, and those selected to be sponsored by PRO will be paid an hourly wage greater than the minimal wage while participating in the program. This training program is centered on the methodology of the cybersecurity concepts and principles, which involve protecting data and information systems. The program is designed to teach the cybersecurity entry level concepts as building blocks. A cybersecurity professional can provide management, technical and operational security direction in the private and government sectors.

Phase One

• Sponsorship
• Every individual taking part in the program is required to have a sponsor from an organization, government agency, or other nonprofit that partners with PRO (i.e., VA Admin, Human Resources, and churches)
• Holistic building addressing any personal needs via other partnerships
• Financial counseling
• Maintaining financial health though money management checking/savings account management, retirement planning, understanding credit scores, and financial investing
• Resume building
• Creating a résumé and posting it on employment websites
